Payment methods

• Credit Card
  We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can either fill in your credit card details on the order form and email it to us, or email us the order form without credit card details, and we will phone you back. Be sure to include your phone number and a convenient time to call you.
• Cheque or Money Order
  You can download the order form and send it to us with a cheque or money order for the total of your purchases plus the shipping. Your order will be sent out as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Phone Orders

You are very welcome to phone us with your order between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. New Zealand time. any day of the week. Because this is a home business, we would appreciate not getting business calls outside these hours.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Mill Creek Lavender, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item with purchase documentation for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
